About Our Facility

Lifeline Addiction Treatment Center in Great Neck, New York, features the latest, most effective medical treatments to combat addiction. Stephen Silverman, MD, who is board-certified in addiction medicine, directs the center and evaluates and treats patients, usually by prescribing medication to help patients combat their addiction to substances such as opiates (percocet, oxycodone, vicodin, heroin), alcohol, tranquillizers, nicotine and other illicit drugs. Dr. Silverman is patient and compassionate and highly successful in assisting patients to overcome their addictions. Brief individual counseling at the center focuses on preventing relapse. Dr. Silverman also refers patients for intensive outpatient group-counseling with specialized providers in the area.
